I am delighted to recommend Lauren O'Carroll as a parenting coach, especially for families who want support as they manage the challenge of ADHD. Lauren brings a unique and much-needed perspective as an ADHD parent who has faced the challenges of self-regulation and raising neurodiverse children as well as experience of being an ADHD child. Her deep understanding of neurodiversity and her ability to adapt peaceful parenting techniques to meet the specific needs of ADHD families set her apart. I have observed that Lauren’s clients find her to be a compassionate and attuned coach with whom they can share their darkest moments without fear of judgement. Her likeable personality and empathetic nature create a safe and supportive environment from which to thrive. Lauren is an invaluable resource for any ADHD family seeking guidance and support.

I have been working with Lauren for a few months now and her support, guidance and kindness has been overwhelming. I have only recently diagnosed my son with ADHD and really didn't know where to start. Lauren's support has been invaluable. and I can't wait to be part of her new parenting network 'Growing Extraordinary Humans'. There is nothing else like this out there. I would highly recommend connecting and working with Lauren.

Lauren's support has been really valuable to me. She's really allowed me to find my strength as a parent and pin point the areas that could be improved.
To do that she gave me some really practical strategies that have worked.
It's so good when it works!
So yeah, I'd definately definately recommend one of Lauren's workshop because, yeah, she's great!
